What kind of minivan do you think is best? - minivan safety
My husband and I will start looking for a new minivan to. Which is very old (91 Toyota) and has really seen his past and not doing well. I am in a few weeks after my first child, plus there are four Stepkids, so I need the car for everyone around lamb. I have the car so far, but as a five-seat space is not enough when the baby arrives! (the car) is my husband
We buy them, and I wonder why this world-tour as the best overall quality (safety, etc.), would be a good used car? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

16 years Chrysler / Ford / GM minivans were replaced and the feeling in a junkyard more than 5 years +. The new no better. GM minivans are absolute garbage and will be phased out. Mini-vans Ford are worse, and they are all removed, but both. Chrysler mini-vans are much better, but the use of old engines and tend to disintegrate after 80.000 miles or less. Depreciation is also quite high.
Toyota Sienna
Honda Odyssey
Always the best. Reliable, the best resale trends, gained more than compare all the tests are safe is difficult to quantify, the government can no tests, with the actual driving conditions, accidents, and not perfect Aligned Offset 35 mph All mini-vans do well, it unless it is really a terrible accident, it is likely to be seriously injured. Of all the people you know and all casualties have been as many seriously injured?
If your tired old car for 16 years, there has been a damn well-built piece of machinery. Keep what you know works.

Edmunds connection. com. have a professional assessment and examinations in all brands of the owner. Owner reviews are especially useful because they do not throw punch. You can also use the book values and sales prices. Another good source Carmax.com.
None of them. But while I do not.
Honda Odessey is regularly evaluated by all automotive magazines and consumer reports. AI Toyota Sienna is also very good, but I think it's a little expensive. The new Kia and Hyundai minivans are good, but only since 2006. In my humble opinion, the domestic minivan, etc. (Chrysler) are so good, in every measurable basis, and have a terrible resale value stated (what, why they are cheaper). Good luck.
Honda or Dodge / Chrysler. You can see how well Hyundai. You get a lot of good press.

The Dodge Caravan. It was the first Chrysler minivans, and product is pretty much the only time that I recommend. Chrysler said the mini-van! I have a garage and we see many minivans from Ford and GM, which as a piece of shit! I am not a boy / Chrysler Mopar, but their mini-vans are the best.
Everyone loves the Honda Odyssey. The 98 models in the Toyota Sienna was a bad blind spot that I think set in 2000. Both vehicles are another major cause. I do not trust the U.S. hand.
