It depends. Is a trip to the airport or a night on the town?

In general, a lump sum is the budget for airports plus tip, and possibly an additional gas. If it is expected at the time, a price per hour, plus tip, the rate of fuel and will have at least one hour.

I know in advance what you need. Then call around 5 Limousine companies in your area and see what they say. Be sure to ask them, in what year the cars as they arrived and how long they've been in business.
